Housing

The ICE housing program helps students find comfortable and convenient housing in exciting neighborhoods near our New York and Los Angeles campuses.

The ICE housing program lets you focus your energy on your studies and career goals, instead of an apartment search.

ICE works with third-party housing vendors to coordinate housing options for all lifestyles, from dorms to apartments to co-living and homestays. In many instances, we have pre-negotiated rent for fully furnished or unfurnished rooms and apartments, utilities, Wi-Fi and short-term lease options. Students can enjoy access to a full kitchen and a variety of other amenities like laundry or gym depending on their monthly budget. For students with a permanent home address more than 50 miles from our New York campus or 100 miles from our Los Angeles campus , we offer up to a $2,500 discount off tuition, fees and charges to defray relocation costs. Ask your ICE admissions representative for more details about our Out-of-Area discount.

There's no better place to launch your culinary or hospitality career. The Institute of ¹ú²ú¸£Àû Education's housing options offer the opportunity to live in some of Los Angeles' and New York City’s vibrant neighborhoods.

Co-Living*

An increasingly popular option in New York City's real estate market is co-living: private or shared rooms in group homes with all-inclusive pricing. Students are matched with like-minded housemates in fully furnished spaces with utilities, Wi-Fi and community-building amenities included.

*Co-Living options are currently only available at our NYC campus.

Homestays

Furnished homestays offer fully furnished, private rooms in the homes of host families — a popular choice for our international students. This option is optimal for students who would prefer to immerse themselves in the city’s culture by living with a local resident.
